Come and see for yourself...

We won't stand around moaning about men and bashing cardboard cut-outs of them. But we will be discussing the best ways to get into the industry, and how to get to the top of it. We want to talk about burning issues not bras, with a glass of wine or four and a sausage roll along the way.

NOVEMBER

What am I missing out on?

MAY EVENT | INTERNATIONAL TRENDS

May's event was all about International Trends and was one of our best yet. It was standing room only as 5 top trend-watchers revealed much to an eager group of girls at Wieden + Kennedy. First up was Gill Ringland, CEO of SAMI Consulting, who catapulted us years ahead to see the shape of the world in 2025. Hot on her heels were Sarah Rabia and Priyanka Kanse who told us all they know about trends and how to stay friends with your trend consultant. Jamie Coomber delighted us with dolls from around the globe, each one signifying an emergent digital trend. Finally, Rebecca Swift from Getty gave us a whole new perspective on imagery and made sure we all think twice next time we see green.

The atmosphere was electric and inspirational with such a high calibre and combination of speakers. This event also marked a She Says tipping point - with a full house and 100 people on the waiting list, the She Says crew have decided to seek out bigger premises to accommodate the blossoming bunch.

Apologies for all those who turned up at the door only to be turned back - we had an amazing space but unfortunately far less room than anticipated! We're making sure we secure bigger venues in future.

Our speakers were:

Gill Ringland - CEO - SAMI Consulting

Jamie Coomber - Digital Strategist - Profero

Priyanka Kanse - Planner - Rapier and Sarah Rabia - Strategist - Naked
