The world is pretty much half men, half women. So why are there so few of them at the top on ad agencies, digital or not? We decided to stop chatting about it and do something - hold events, where top females in the industry would share their thoughts and help people to either get started or work their way up. To the attractive pay packets, private car parking spaces and buckets of champers at the top.

What is the big idea
We've already bribed six or seven superstar females to build the UK site for free and to help start this one. And you know, our girls don't usually get out of bed for less than the top brands, thousand dolars, and the promise of a glittering awards do. But all it cost us to get top women from different agencies to help was 80 cups of coffee and chocolate stolen from reception. Bargain. Just goes to show that a little passion for the industry, and the women in it, can go a long way.
